Conversations via e-mail and related contact information are retained for the duration of any exchange of information and/or transaction for goods sold. Shipping and Handling
Items that are shipped from Hamilton, Ontario, will be packaged and labelled to ensure safe and insured transit to the point of delivery.
Upon receipt of a package, the recipient is responsible for the inspection of the exterior of the package. Any exterior deformation/damage is to be reported immediately to the shipping company that delivered the package. Do not open the package. Allow the shipping company to assess the damage and resolve the issue. The insurance should replace you cost of the product if its condition is unacceptable.
